There were 73 entries to the competition. It was a very cold and breeze day, typical of the June weather this year but at least the rain held off. The field was lead off by Alison Gedge who was our winner in 2023. All the competitors said how much they have enjoyed course and the day although these were tough conditions reflected in the scores. 1st was Elaine Clark from Manchester Golf club after a card play-off on the back 6 holes, 2nd Sue Christie-Wood from Chapel en le Frith, and 3rdAnn Bethell from Dean Wood.
