Affiliation, Bell Cup Entry & Committee Nomination Forms 2026

The Manchester & District Ladies’ Golf Association (MDLGA) Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 17th November 2025. Each affiliated club may send two delegates (with only one vote per club). To prepare, all clubs are asked to complete and return the required forms and payments by Monday 13th October 2025.

Motions for the AGM Agenda

Member clubs may put forward motions for discussion at the Annual General Meeting. Any motion must be proposed by one club’s committee and seconded by another club’s committee, with both clubs present at the AGM to speak to the motion. All motions must be emailed to the Secretary by 13th October 2025.

Affiliation Form

This form confirms your club’s continued membership with the MDLGA and includes the £30 annual subscription fee. Payment should be made preferably by BACS, although cheques are also accepted. Even if paying electronically, the form must still be submitted so we can keep accurate records of your club’s contact details.

Bell Cup Entry Form

The Bell Cup is one of the Association’s most popular tournaments. Each club must indicate on the entry form whether they wish to participate in the coming year. There is no additional fee to enter. Clubs should also provide details of their Bell Cup Secretary, including contact details and the club’s usual ladies’ playing day, to help with scheduling matches.

MDLGA Committee Nominee Form

The MDLGA relies on support from member clubs to run competitions and events. For 2026, there are three vacancies on the Committee for a three-year term. Nominees will be expected to attend six meetings each year and play an active role in organising and delivering competitions. If your club wishes to nominate someone, please complete and return the form with their full details.

Please note, Ringway, Sandiway, Hazel Grove, and Romiley Golf Clubs are not eligible to submit nominations this year.

Alternatively, clubs may download the forms directly from this page, complete them, and then return entries by email to the Secretary. Please ensure all sections are fully completed before submission. Payment by BACS or cheque should still be arranged in line with the instructions provided.
