Please fill out the entry form to book your place in this years Team Event held at Dunkinfield Golf Club on the 1st August, 2025.

• Open to all players from affiliated clubs only
• 18 hole Stableford. 2 scores from 4 to count. 85% allowance
• WHS Handicap Index Limit of up to 36.0 (genuine at time of entry)
• All players MUST have submitted 3 qualifying scores in the 12 months prior to the competition
• Entry fee £60 per team inclusive of 2’s
