2026 Entry Form

Please fill out the entry form to book your place in next years Bunty Booth final held at Ellesmere Golf Club on the 8th June, 2026.

• 18 hole stableford
• WHS qualifying score (maximum handicap allowance is WHS index 36.0)
• Only one qualifier from each club goes through to the final

Start times will be sent to your Club early in 2026. The winner of the Bunty Booth trophy will be invited to play in the final the following year.

All club players on the day of the qualifying round must pay a £1 entry fee, the total amount of which is to be sent to MDLGA.

Your qualifying club competition in 2025 can be held in conjunction with any 18 hole club competition.

Entries must be in no later than 1st November 2025. Play will normally be in 3’s and your starting time will be sent to your Club early in 2026.
